What to expect

First session – arrive 10 min early, comfy gym clothes are fine (no zips); we’ll lend a gi if needed.

Progression path – students earn stripes and belts as they master core positions, escapes and transitions; coaches track attendance so everyone knows their next milestone.

Coaching team – All coaches are vetted and are experienced practitioners. Classes are capped for a low coach‑to‑student ratio, ensuring personal feedback.

Do I need to sign up for all three days?
No—attend as many sessions as suit your family schedule. Most members aim for two per week.
Is sparring safe for children?
Yes. Sparring is light, controlled and always supervised. Students are matched by size and experience.
What should my child bring?
A water bottle and flip‑flops for moving off the mat. We provide all training equipment for the first month.
