FAQs
Do I need any martial‑arts background?
No—Beginners classes start from scratch. You’ll partner with people at your own level.
What equipment do I need?
For the first month: comfortable gym clothes and a water bottle. Later you’ll want a gi and mouth‑guard; coaches can suggest brands.
Is sparring mandatory?
Live rounds are the fastest way to improve, but beginners can opt out until they feel ready. Coaches always supervise intensity and pairings.
