Moralis Grappling Academy is affiliated to Gordo Jiu-Jitsu Europe, led in Europe by coach Ben Poppleton. The affiliation connects our members with a wider network of training partners, seminars and events across the UK and Europe.
Roberto “Gordo” Corrêa is one of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s most influential coaches and a pioneer of the modern half-guard game. Teaching since the early 1990s, his approach has shaped how BJJ is practiced around the world.
Gordo Jiu-Jitsu Europe is the European arm of Gordo’s team, coordinated by Ben Poppleton. Our affiliation gives us the backing and experience of a highly regarded group of grapplers and coaches. While seminars and workshops are open to everyone, being connected to the team means we benefit from shared knowledge and a like-minded community across the region.
