Why Kids Train at Moralis

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gives children an active and challenging way to improve coordination, fitness and problem-solving. They also learn to stay calm, listen carefully and keep working when something feels difficult.

Confidence and Resilience

Children learn how to stay calm, solve problems and keep trying, even when something feels difficult.

Discipline and Focus

Our classes help children listen, follow instructions, respect others and improve concentration.

Fitness and Coordination

BJJ improves strength, balance, movement, body awareness and general fitness in a fun, active way.

Perfect for Complete Beginners

Your child does not need any previous martial arts experience to start. We introduce techniques step by step, adapt activities to their age and ability, and help new students settle in from their first class.

Children are encouraged to ask questions, learn at their own pace and build confidence through regular practice.

How the Kids Programme Works

Kids Ages 5-9

Sessions focus on movement, coordination, listening and core Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills through age-appropriate drills and games.

Juniors and Teens Ages 10-15

Older students learn more detailed techniques, positional sparring and how to apply their skills against resistance.

Gi and No-Gi Training

Students can train in the Gi, No-Gi or a mix of both, depending on their preference and the timetable.

Structured and Supervised Classes

Classes include warm-ups, technical instruction, partner drills and controlled training, with a strong focus on safety and good behaviour.
