Yes. We run separate classes for Kids aged 5–9 and Juniors and Teens aged 10–15. Both programmes use age-appropriate, structured sessions to teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Younger students focus on movement, coordination, listening and confidence, while older students learn more technical material and continue developing fitness, resilience and independence.

One class a week is enough to get started. Training two or three times a week will usually help you progress more quickly, but the right amount depends on your schedule and goals.

In Gi BJJ, you wear a jacket and belt that can be gripped. No-Gi is trained in fitted athletic clothing without jacket grips. The core skills overlap, but the grips and some techniques differ. You can train Gi, No-Gi or a mix of both.

Children can start training from age five. We group students by age and ability to make sure they learn in a safe, supportive and appropriate environment.
